I used it to make Italian sausage dressing on Thanksgiving. I cooked the dressing in it and kept it warm for guest. This past week I made a large batch of sweet potato/ white potato raw fries. The dish was delicious. The skillet is pretty enough to use and serve from table. The holder for the skillet's top is most convenient. Best of all, clean up is quite easy. Lots of colors to choose from.

We just experienced a devastating ice storm in North Mississippi and this electric skillet was our saving grace. We were able to plug this up to our generator and cook all of our food on it.
