I have this little skillet at home and I find it is my go to most nights when cooking dinner. Also, I'd love to use it to make eggs in the morning as just with a little bit of avocado oil making soft fried eggs is very easy. Nothing sticks it stays flat so you're not having to deal with an uneven surface. All around love this.
