The prettiest electric skillet on the market

I was needing to replace an old, broken, electric skillet and after reading a lot of reviews and researching, I couldn't keep from buying this one. It is just really beautiful! I didn't necessarily need the expandable option, but I guess if you were cooking something taller, you might. As far as function, it worked just like my old one...heated the oil evenly, cooked well. I like to cook with cast iron most of the time but sometimes you need to be able to cook more at the same time than will fit in a cast iron pan and this fits the bill so nicely. It's so much prettier than any other electric skillet I looked at.

We just experienced a devastating ice storm in North Mississippi and this electric skillet was our saving grace. We were able to plug this up to our generator and cook all of our food on it. I used it to make Italian sausage dressing on Thanksgiving. I cooked the dressing in it and kept it warm for guest. This past week I made a large batch of sweet potato/ white potato raw fries. The dish was delicious. The skillet is pretty enough to use and serve from table. The holder for the skillet's top is most convenient. Best of all, clean up is quite easy. Lots of colors to choose from.
