Perfect skillet!

I have been wanting an electric skillet for a long time because I remember my mom cooking in one all the time. I saw this one on sale and loved the color so I went for it. I love that it comes with a steaming tray and a handle for the lid. It also heats up super fast! This is by far my new favorite appliance!

The prettiest electric skillet on the market

I was needing to replace an old, broken, electric skillet and after reading a lot of reviews and researching, I couldn't keep from buying this one. It is just really beautiful! I didn't necessarily need the expandable option, but I guess if you were cooking something taller, you might. As far as function, it worked just like my old one...heated the oil evenly, cooked well. I like to cook with cast iron most of the time but sometimes you need to be able to cook more at the same time than will fit in a cast iron pan and this fits the bill so nicely. It's so much prettier than any other electric skillet I looked at.
