Amazing return to common sense.

I've been cooking 46 years. This mixer is what I've waited for, because it's finally returned to mixing at correct speeds. I cannot believe the "mixing world" went nuts and made every mixer start at high speed. That meant having to have a huge bowl so that most the ingredients would stay IN the bowls. That took 20 years for me to find a corrected mixer. Thanks Kitchen Aid
