Norpro Cordless Mini Mixer

I've been using these Norpro mini blenders for years in my kitchen to blend egg whites to brush on a loaf of bread before making, or to froth up a quick single cup of eggnog. I have kept multiples of them, up to 20 at a time for use in my soap making classes, because they are just the ticket to mix colorants into oil in a jiff and do a thorough job of it. Two AA batteries keep these guys running for a long time. These blender hold up through a lot of use. I've never had one break or get rid of it, but they sometimes get misplaced or wander off, so I need to replace them. A little safety tip for folks. Keep your thumb off the ‘go' button when you are removing the business end of the attachment. And, if you have a cloth nearby, use it to pull out the blender end, just in case you accidentally turn it on.

It's tiny and not very powerful, but that is perfect for my use of mixing up various things in single-serving portions (e.g., dissolving medications in juice right in the cup, beating 1 egg, blending one serving of oil %26 vinegar, etc.). Very pleased.
