Hamilton Beach Electric Hand Mixer with QuickBurst, 6-Speed Corded, 250 W, 3 Attachments and Snap-On Storage, Ice Blue

Just BUY it!! Allow me to elucidate, this is the LIGHTEST, easiset to operate inexpensive hand mixer that I have ever owned, period. It has a handy little container for it's cool little whisk and the actual mixing attachments are easy in and easy off!! and the mixer sits neatly in it and stores perfectly in the cabinet. I used the whisk on homemeade Butter Cream "frosting", IYKYK because this a job for a stand mixer for real, but in my infinite wisdom I decised to use a hand mixer, don't ask, we'll say it was for "Science". Needless to say, I had an extensive left and right arm and shoulder workout and that gorgeous Butter Cream was absolutely PERFECT! Because "Science" was involved, I want you to know that while this took a little bit longer than a Standing Mixer (ok, a lot longer), I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, This baby frothed the powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy cream like a champ! I documented it to prove my theory or hypothesis or whatever...for Science. I only made a little mess, I mean it's powdered sugar, it's meant to be delightfully messy in a sometimes (most of the time here) spectacular fashion, but not this time! My stand mixer missed out on all the FUN!!! Psst, I swear to whatever that if you don't eat this and the freaking 4" round stacked homemade Vanilla Cake I made to accompany this AND the homemade Caramel...WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM. Oh yeah, I made the cake with it too, not quite as exciting as the Butter Cream. NOT the Caramel, gawd I lacked the patience for that last Sunday because that took 752.3 years!! I'd rather make toffee with tweezers than go through that again anytime soon. Also, I made a vat of it, like an attractive mixing bowl semi full of the Butter Cream...What?!?! My personal recipe calls for an EXCESSIVE amount of powdered sugar, %23MyRecipeNotYours or whatever. Text me soon. Love, Mom
