Loved It at First, Broke a Week After Buying

I really wanted to give this toaster a full five-star review. I've loved all the products from this brand—we own the air fryer and the mixer, and both work flawlessly. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing this toaster, one of the levers stopped staying down, making half of the toaster unusable. It's disappointing because the design and performance seemed promising at first, but the durability just wasn't there.

Great at first but stopped working

We loved this toaster but it's been barely a month and the right side of the toaster no longer stays down when you try to heat so it's only half usable. We have obviously thrown away the box by now and can't return. Very disappointed as I've wanted this toaster for a while now and finally decided to spend the money only for it to turn out this way. I'm hoping somehow my husband can fix but I would personally save your money.
