The toaster is beautiful. The things I didn't like are 1) that the electronic beeper when you make changes to the settings is too loud; (2) I haven't yet gotten the toasting just right. It's either not toasted enough to toasted so much that it is tough. Even when you set both sides exactly the same, the results are not the same. 3) It is supposed to not collect crumbs on the inside of the toaster, onlyh in the crumb tray. But it does. I wish it worked better because it is really beautiful.
