Homfa- Incomparable Customer Service

We purchased two of these units. The first one went together without a hitch. The second one was missing four connectors. I messaged the company and can honestly say we've never experienced customer service like this company provided. The response was rapid, and it was apparent that they are concerned with customer satisfaction. There were multiple messages, keeping me informed of how they were handling this and in regard to the progress of the remedy. We have the units together, they are sturdy and look nice. In my opinion, they are worth much more than we paid. I would not hesitate to purchase another Homfa product.

This bookcase is probably the best-designed, sturdiest piece of flat-box furniture that I've purchased and assembled. Its quality far exceeds other similar bookcases. Be sure to note the one step when a longer dowel is called for. I missed that one. I believe it's when the two lower sections are connected at the base. Just be sure to examine the parts list for every step and note the one instance when a longer dowel is needed. We've loaded the case with books and notice no sagging in the shelves, which we've seen before. The whole thing holds together very securely. You will almost certainly need a second, strong person to put the top half onto the bottom half. I had to ask a neighbor to come assist me.
