While I NORMALLY,have a hard time assembling anything, even WITH the instructions, THIS bookshelf was SOOOOO easy, that I managed to assemble BOTH of the cases I purchased, in NO TIME AT ALL. Easy to put together and good for the price

I had purchased three, one white, one black and this one in walnut. It wasn't hard to put together but again like others have said the cardboard back panels are cheap/thin or the pins that are supposed to keep it on the back are not good enough. If you are not careful it can pop off (it happened to the white bookcase but not the walnut bookcase luckily). But for the price I will for sure by it again if I decide I need another shelf. I saw another review that used wallpaper to cover up the imperfections of the cardboard back and decided to buy some just in case but just used it to make it look better.

Perfect bookcase to go alongside another one we previously bought in Walmart store. It arrived with no damage and it went together easily and perfectly. All hardware was clearly marked in separate packages and nothing was missing. Worth the money and looks nice overall. Shelf we bough online is the one on the right.
