Mainstays No Tools 5-Shelf Bookcase, True Black Oak

This particular bookshelf is great for the price. It was easy to assemble. The quality of the item is decent for the price. It is not meant to hold heavy items but gives plenty of shelf space. The stability is okay but not solid. Definitely suggest attaching to wall if you have small children or animals that might climb or jump. One thing I was disappointed with was that the underside of the shelves are not coated or painted they're just plain. The supporting pieces between the boards are made of a lightweight plastic that easily screws in making assembly a quick and easy process. The instructions were simple and straightforward, and no tools were necessary. Overall, I would say for the price the bookcase is well worth money if you're looking for something more solid/sturdy I might suggest you keep looking, however if you're looking for a cost-efficient shelving solution is a great option.

I ended up returning it not long after I got it. It's not the best shelf out there. It wouldn't be bad if you don't put a lot of stuff on there especially anything with weight. It was also very bulky.
