Mainstays 5-Shelf Bookcase with Adjustable Shelves, White

This bookcase is perfect! I bought it for my 74 year old mom as a Mother's Day gift, for her new house. She was so excited about it that she quickly put it together herself before I got a chance to do it for her, and she was so proud so she sent me pictures as she went. So it's definitely easy for anyone to assemble. It looks really nice in her living room, and is sturdy and great storage for all her pictures, books and knick knacks. It's a good, affordable price for the quality, and the beautiful, clean, white finish looks really nice in her freshly painted house. Highly recommended!

Super easy to assemble. (Watched my hubby get it done) The style is clean and minimalistic, which is exactly what I wanted. I was going to try to use it as added storage for folded items in the closet. Once hubby finished assembly, he moved it to the kitchen, not knowing where I wanted it. When I SAW the thing standing in a blank area near the bay windows, I realized this was more than a bookcase. At first I thought it'd be a great spot for cookbooks and baskets of junk i could get out of the kitchen drawers. But as I began to organize, I realized this was a great way to store and organize baking supplies. The remarkable thing is, we now use these items more often. Out of sight, out of mind! The heavy mixer is placed on the most weight load bearing shelf, which does not adjust. Other items, as I think they look and feel good. I can easily move things around with the adjustable shelving. Cook pans stored in a wooden box on the bottom shelf. Now we have a place for cookie jars. Daily rewards for fixing a clutter situation of pans and out of reach items for under $35 bucks.! 😇My husband loves it too. Says he can find things easily now. Says the bookcase feels like a custom piece. And the kitchen feels far more comfortable. Will definitely buy again!
