Great shelf for my daughter's bathroom! It was easy to assemble and it holds a lot of stuff. The sides are like a weird plastic waterproof material, but that's great for her bathroom. The instructions did not have any words, but I still figured it out quickly. I built two of them in less than an hour (the other one was the two shelves side by side model). When I saw the instructions, I was worried about the peices not staying together, but they did, no problem. At times the shape would start to warp, but one it was connected to the parts that make the squares, it straightens out. At the end of the day, it is a $20 shelf, so if you're looking for a piece of furniture that you can pass down to your grandchildren, you may want to get something else, but if you're looking for something that will last a couple of years provided your teenager remembers not to put the hot curling iron on it until it cools (and it won't be a big deal if she forgets), this is a great affordable option. It's not the world's most stable shelf because it weighs less than a pound, but it comes with some (not all, you'll need an anchor) of the hardware to secure it to the wall. I didn't bother with that because my kid is taller than the shelf and it's mostly being used to store towels, but with smaller kids or heavier items, it might be worth considering.
