it takes about 1 hour to assemble. locking wheels really help. the rack holds 4 1020 trays wide. really sturdy the weight of full trays doesn`t seem to affect the balance. with 18 inch width it does not seem to be top heavy should not tip over. overall, a good rack. would like to have another.

The packaging was smart; no broken parts. the wheels are heavy duty, and work perfectly. The quality of this unit is really 5 star; therefore it is a great value! I wish it was made in the USA.
