I expected something cheaply made, falsely advertised but honestly this shelf unit isnt bad, super easy set up, does have stability and able to withstand heavy items, its a space saver forsure. the only thing is that i wish it was taller, so i can add even more things, i feel like it has the space to have atleast to shelves. other than that i recommend this

Good looking. Sturdy, but lightweight. Easy assy.

Very strong despite thinner tubes than expected. Has levelling feet to accommodate an uneven floor. Easy to assemble. No bolts and nuts, just plastic bushings that snap into place into grooves in the tubes. You will need a rubber mallet to ensure the shelves are seated fully onto the bushings. Although I used my entire weight to push down on the shelves, a mallet further seated the shelves onto the bushings. Instructions were easy to follow. I had thought these were 6' (72") tall, but are only 5' (60") tall. That actually works out better since these are for an elderly 5'4" aunt who wouldn't be able to reach the top shelf 6' tall. I made the bottom shelf tall enough to accommodate large bottles, like liter bottles of soda. These will get all the, um, stuff she has sitting on the floor in grocery paper bags onto shelving where she can see what she has. Too often she buys more of something, because she is unaware she already has it. Bread sits around in bags until it get moldy. These shelves will afford her a pantry area where her groceries will be organized, and visible. Plus I want to get all the stuff in grocery bags off the floor to eliminate trip hazards. One of these will also replace a plastic tube shelf already in the kitchen alongside the fridge. She sometimes uses the shelf to stabilize herself when getting up out of a chair, and the plastic shelf wobbles, and is not strong to help her if she gets unbalanced. These shelves are definitely more sturdy, but I had expected thicker tubes that she could more readily grasp. Takes about 20 minutes of unhurriedly assembling per shelf unit. No tools needed except a rubber mallet. Oh, you might also want a nipper to cut the wire ties used to bind the tubes to the shelves inside the shipping box. The ties are too thick for scissors.
