Gotham Steel 12 Piece Non-stick Cookware Set, Dishwasher Safe, Pots and Pans Set

This is my second purchase of this cookware set.  The first set I recently gave to my son when he moved out...still in top condition.  Even though I didn't need it, I decided to purchase it again just because I really liked it and the set truly served its purpose.  I used them daily for one year but never put them in the dishwasher.  I washed them by hand using non-abrasive cloths/pads and dried them with a towel.  I also used pot and pan protectors when storing (stacking) them to ensure the pans weren't scratching the other's exterior or interior. The set really held up.  If you take care of them, they will definitely hold up and continue looking new.  I highly recommend not using metal utensils on this set. If you do, you can't complain about the nonstick surface not holding up...that's on you.   The nonstick surface works really well.  I never had a problem with anything sticking to this set.  Now, I will admit, I've always used some type of nonstick agent (olive oil, margarine, etc.) when cooking in the fryers.  Cooking in this set was never a problem.   The heat seemed evenly distributed and the handles didn't get hot.  I say put them to the test...cook yourself a grilled cheese sandwich and some scrambled eggs. This will give you an idea of what you're working with.  I think this set is a really good purchase.   

light weight, even heat distribution, easy cleaning. i have arthritis in my hands %26 could no longer handle the weight of my other pots %26 pans. my reason for buying the complete set was originally the weight factor. BUT the more I use these pots %26pans, I'm truly impressed by Gotham Steel .
