Key item features

  • The dumbbells are wrapped with high-density soft material, making them much safer than traditional metal dumbbells. Even if they accidentally hit your body or the floor, they help reduce impact and injury risk, making them ideal for home workouts.
  • This versatile set can be easily converted into dumbbells, a barbell, a kettlebell. It allows you to perform a wide range of exercises such as bench press, squats, curls, and more to meet different training needs.
  • MERACH features an upgraded locking nut system that is safer than standard adjustable dumbbells. The thickened thread design firmly secures the weight plates, preventing loosening or shaking during workouts for enhanced safety.
  • The detachable weight plates allow each dumbbell to be adjusted from 4 lbs to 45 lbs, making it suitable for beginners and advanced users. You can easily change the weight according to your training stage and workout intensity.
  • The dumbbell bar is made from high-strength materials and features a textured anti-slip grip. This design increases friction and control, helping you maintain a secure hold and perform exercises more safely and effectively.

Super cute and aesthetic

I absolutely love how these look! The pink color and compact design are super cute for home workouts. Taking the extra weights off took a second to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, they're great. My toddler was literally obsessed with them the second I opened the box had a full breakdown when I put them away! 😂 Definitely recommend.
