Key item features

  • Dual Safety Lock Design: Built with a sliding groove locking structure, the dumbbells quickly activate two safety locks once the plates slide into place. This secure system keeps the weight plates firmly locked, preventing them from loosening or falling during workouts.
  • Anti-Slip Textured Handle: The handle features a multi-line textured design that increases friction for a stronger grip. It helps prevent slipping caused by sweat, ensuring safer and more comfortable training.
  • 5 in 1 Design: Each dumbbell offers 5 weight options (5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs, 25 lbs) for a total of 50 lbs per pair.
  • One-Second Quick Adjustment: Designed for fast and easy weight changes. Simply press the plate lock and gently rotate to install or remove the weight plates—adjustments take only one second, making your workout more efficient.
  • Compact & Space-Saving: With a compact integrated design, these dumbbells are easy to carry and store. Perfect for home gyms or small apartments, they provide effective strength training without taking up much space.

Super cute and aesthetic

I absolutely love how these look! The pink color and compact design are super cute for home workouts. Taking the extra weights off took a second to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, they're great. My toddler was literally obsessed with them the second I opened the box had a full breakdown when I put them away! 😂 Definitely recommend.

Thoroughly impressed with these for the price, they are not nearly as bulky as other adjustable weights. They only go up to 25lbs but its plenty for some light arm and shoulder work when I can't make it to the gym.
