Easy to use and sturdy.

I used to do a lot of weight training when I was younger. Having a full set of dumbells was always a pain. Now that I am in my 70, I really don't need as much weight for my workouts. These dumbells are very easy to change (no need for multiple sets), extremely comfortable, and they store nicely in the well made cradles. To change the amount of weight, set the dumbell in the cradles and swist-there is a pointer showing the amount of weight.
