Easy to use and sturdy.

I used to do a lot of weight training when I was younger. Having a full set of dumbells was always a pain. Now that I am in my 70, I really don't need as much weight for my workouts. These dumbells are very easy to change (no need for multiple sets), extremely comfortable, and they store nicely in the well made cradles. To change the amount of weight, set the dumbell in the cradles and swist-there is a pointer showing the amount of weight.

You won't be disappointed!

I was skeptical at first about the price but wow these things are fantastic! Very smooth but firm clicking adjustment everything fits like a glove and they are very nice and sleek looking addition to my home gym .. I'm so glad i went with this brand in particular but also very happy i didn't go with individual weights per pound.. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Great for beginners especially for the price.

I use these dumbbells 5 days a week. Simple technology to change the weight setting by twisting the handle. And its a space saver compared to multiple dumbbells of different sizes.
