We have had 3 chairs like this one and they have been comfortable and sturdy. After a few years the covering on the arms starts to come off a little bit at a time . This could be because of normal wear and tear , but they are still solid, comfortable and sturdy. The arm rests seem to bit shorter in length but not in height.

This is my 3rd computer chair, i am 87 and have to set most of the time so it has to be comfortable. the chair i don't like is sitting in corner this one rolls easy a big plus back id great for pressure problems i love the look brown and the feel is great, a wonderful chair for a person in pain i love the feeling it gives me. i also like the arm rest and the seat is nice sturdy foam.
