Not as big as my old chair and not as comfortable, but I've been used to sitting in the old chair for about 10 years and the old one cost about $200. I miss the higher back. Chair arms are soft and it was easy to assemble. The bottom has some side to side flex. Not sure if I will keep using the old one or not. If you have a wide bottom, this chair might be a little small for you. It does look nice though.
