My tip is to leave the casters off until last. That is, do not put them in until the chair is fully assembled and you are assembling by yourself. If you put the castors on at the early stage of assembly, you may find yourself trying to complete assembly with the chair spinning around. If I had it to do over again, I would have waited until the chair was assembled, turn it over, and push the castors in. Also by yourself, the back is difficult to put in. No one to hold the back for you and the back is large. I would have given the assembly 5 stars instead of 4 if they had made the back easier for people to attach and that could have been done. If you have someone to help you assemble the chair, it would probably take only about 20 minutes. The instructions are very good, only one page, and no guess work as to which way things go. Comfy big chair with very durable base. Rolls and spins nicely.
