Fast delivery, packaged well, great directions %26 Loctite on screws. Attaching the armrests to the seat cushion and backrest takes a bit of finesse. Works as advertised and feels great. I hope the cylinder on this model works for the 5 year warranty.

This is a great chair at a great price. I made it a bit better by upgrading the casters from the standard 2 plastic wheel design to a much better single wheeled one (See picture) . The chair now is more quieter and extra smooth on my tile floor. I highly recommend this chair.
