The seat cushion is very thin and has a hard base. The seat leans to the right due to the hard base not being symmetrical left to right, had to shim the right side holes to increase height so it sits level. The right armrest stop point is about a half inch lower than the left, with the side brackets adjusted to give left arm lowest height and right arm highest height. Would not recommend. I got the Jonpony executive for cheaper and it's 2-3 times thicker seat foam and everything is level, and the recline tension adjustments actually do something. This chair on review, you can adjust the tension until your hand cramps and it's still extremely easy to recline.
