It came to me with the fireplace part being dented in several places. But they sent me a replacement. It's not real wood, as what is nowadays? But, it's a nice piece of furniture. I like the fireplace part of it, not sure it provides warm yet, since this is summertime. But I shall see come fall of the year!

I love the entertainment center. But please do not purchase the assembly to come to your home. It a third party company. They did come and reschedule me three times. I had to pay for someone to build it. They use angi and not a reliable company very disappointed.

I'm soooo disappointed because my package did not contain the instructions or the hardware, 💔 however the sellers handled the issue very nicely, they sent me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product. I thought that was super nice. I'm just extremely bummed i cannot figure out how to put it together. Overall really pleased with how seller handled the situation. The material feels sturdy. I should have just rebought the item but it's no longer the price I originally bought it at. It really looks beautiful and really hoping I can figure out how to put it together.
