Fireplace arrived alone!! I was freaking out!! It was a Christmas gift for my son! It arrived later!! Thank the Lord!! He LOVES IT!! Split deliveries are supposed to have separate tracking numbers but we never received a second one! That was super frustrating!! But it's beautiful

The item came as stated, in two parts. The quality of the material is good. It was easy to assemble and even came with extra screws. The one and only issue I had was when installing the fireplace, you will need a magnetic screw driver and an extender of some kind. The area to put in the screws is very tight. I am very satisfied with the product.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. it does come in 2 separate shipments. i received the 2 packages about 4 days apart. The instructions are easy to follow and it comes with all the tools you'll need. It does not come with batteries for the remotes (AAA) so have 4 of them on hand. if you don't have a tv to put on it, then you'll need a usb wall block to power the led lights on the shelves. Otherwise, you can plug the usb lights into your tv and be good to go. I submitted pictures of my wife putting the glass shelves in. ( not sure if they'll allow the pictures) however if the pictures are allowed, my wife if 5'4" for reference of size of the unit. the great output is pretty great. it will warm up a room quick!
