When I received the box , it was a little heavy. would recommend 2 people lifting. It was easy to put together. The only problem while putting together was some of the screws that used the allen wrench was a little tight to get to. but other than that i am pleased. i bought a 65 inch tv that i put on it.

We absolutely love it and yes, the heater works perfectly or you can just show the fire burning with no heat. It makes our livingroom feel so warm and cozy!!! Highly recommend!!
