When I opened the box I thought the first board was broke but it ended up being a packaging board. Overall I really love this product

Good for the price. Fire looks suprisingly realistic. Heat is a nice feature. It was pretty easy to assemble. Couldn't believe it was undamaged, after watching how roughly the fedex driver unloaded it from his truck.
