this is a beautiful electric fireplace heater. very happy we bought it. however, the install was ridiculous. we hired a professional to do put it together and he was extremely frustrated with the NOT helpful instructions. took him 4 1/2 hours, so prepare yourself for lots of patience with this assembly..
