Very Nice Product

The product arrived in two boxes. It took about 3 hours to assemble the cabinet and install the fireplace box complete. The pieces were clearly marked. The instructions were very clear. Quality wood cabinet. The heater blew out good heat and had a realistic flame. Some of the videos we viewed had flickering cabinet lights which concerned us. These flickering lights must have been with the camera because the lights were steady and adjustable. The digital heater display showed a digital number. This is our second fireplace cabinet and this is so much better than the first.

Amazing engineering, great product

I aways get nervous reading some reviews. I'm 71 years old and am fairly handy. Item was shipped and arrived 4 days early. It arrived in two boxes, each weighing 100 pounds. Fed-Ex arrived and the young man got out his hand truck and went to open the rear door of his truck. He was shoving the boxes to the rear and I asked if both of us could carry them to the house. With a huge smile he thanked me for the offer. We carried each package and sent them inside the front door in the living room. One package had some minor outside damage. Opening the boxes I could not believe how extremely well they were packaged. Absolutely NO damage whatsoever. Unpacked and inventoried pieces.....all there...even a package marked 'SPARE' containing assorted duplicate pieces of hardware. Instructions were detailed diagrams with no written instructions. Extremely simple assembly using only a %232 Phillips screwdriver and an included Allen wrench. Wood dowels used on various pieces even had a small (@ 2oz.) container of wood glue included (two containers of glue were needed to do a proper job, but I had sufficient quantities in my workshop.) Everything was pre-drilled and fit properly....I was extremely impressed! Working alone and assembling on padding on the kitchen island, it took me about 4 hrs to complete. Wife helped me to lift to set on the floor. Finished product without furnace approx 80 pounds...furnace which just slid in from the back and plugged in was probably about 60 pounds. It was installed after cabinet was on the floor and moved to location. The drawers and doors installed after unit was in place.The additional shipping weight was all padding and packaging. TOTALLY impressed with delivery, shipping, quality, ease of assembly. Finished product.
