I bought these chairs for use in my basement bar. They arrived in good condition and are easy to put together, The swiveling action is a little bit stiff, they will swivel just fine when you're sitting on them but they aren't like some stools that you can easily spin with little resistance. I'm tall, so these stools are a good height for me, and the foot rests are at the perfect level. however, one of my shorter friends finds them to be a bit tall, and says the foot rests are too low for her.
