Assembly was generally easy, but the assembler needs to pay close attention to illustrations in the instructions and orientation of parts. There were a couple of times where I put in a part rotated or backwards and had to disassemble and reassemble. Also, attaching the seat is difficult without a second person to help hold in place.

The chair was exactly as shown. I had to review the instructions several times before getting the complete picture in my mind. It would have been nice if a video was available. I put both chairs together by myself. I really only needed one chair, and when my sister saw the chairs, she took one home because she could see the value and sturdiness of it even though it isn't that heavy. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜„ So a dual review. Would buy again, but not tell my sister.
