We are very pleased with this purchase. After going to several furniture stores, we found nothing of quality that matched our decor. We trusted the reviews, liked the price, so we made the purchase. While unboxing, we found the pieces were carefully packaged. The seats were wrapped in bubble wrap and separated with corrugated cardboard to ensure the PU leather would not be damaged or soiled. The chrome footrest was carefully wrapped in fabric. The legs were individually wrapped in bubble wrap as well as being placed in corrugated cardboard. As I said, everything was very well protected. We ordered 2 sets of 2 chairs and did not have assembly instructions in the first package. Luckily, the second package had them! Everything you need for assembly is included and it is very easy. I had several interruptions and took my time and it took less than 2 hours to assemble 4 chairs. They are comfortable and quite sturdy! Very pleased!!
