Need to have more product

Was disappointed that you can't get any more product out of it. There's no way to twist the pencil to get any product up. I was surprised that I could only use the little bit that was on the tip. What I did use did stay on.

Hey Bel2! We’re sorry for the disappointment, especially when you expected to be able to twist up more of your Tattoo Brow Pencil. This pencil doesn’t advance by twisting; it needs to be sharpened to expose more product. We’re glad to hear that the product you were able to apply stayed on and we hope you will continue to enjoy it. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

Hard to sharpen

Very hard to sharpen. Another person on here mentioned she broke the brush off and was able to use a Qtip to be able to push the product up. It works! I just used the brush and pushed. I was able to use it. Love the color. #255 soft brown. I. Am getting my brows done in 1 week & a half so hopefully I will not need these pencils anymore.
