To apply this brow pencil, twist the pencil up once, use the tip to draw precise hair-like strokes, then use the built-in spoolie brush to blend the color seamlessly for a polished finish. It works best on sparse brows that need precise definition, and on any brow type that needs help shaping an arch. The formula uses longhour wax technology for up to 16 hours of fade-resistant color, and is smudge resistant and long wearing through the day. Express Brow Ultra Slim comes in 9 inclusive shades, so there is an eyebrow pencil shade to match most hair colors. It is ophthalmologist tested and safe for contact lens wearers.

Hi there! We're so sorry to hear that the shade of your Ultra Slim Eyebrow Pencil didn't match what you saw online—that is definitely frustrating. We'll be sure to share this feedback with our internal team.

Formula change?!

It seems like there is a new formula. This was my go to eyebrow pencil for years but this formula for me is really hard to work with. It's so much harder to apply the product and it's not that pigmented as it used to be.
