It was a good chair until it wasn't.

Up until the chair broke, I thought this was a decent purchase for the price. The assembly was extremely easy and straight forward. Operation was as advertised. The wired remote is always within reach and easy to navigate within looking. The Sewn on storage pouch means the remote is always within each. Raising, Lowering, Reclining had good ranges to find your comfort zone. Now for the bad news. This is more low cost massage chair than Office/Gaming Chair. Why? Because the chair cushion disappeared after a couple weeks. This resulted in the Massage Rollers pressing directly into your Bones. If you have a Therapeutic Pad that you can put down when not using massage then it's no issue. Or the company could switch to a different cushion material that retains its functionality amidst daily use.
