Great office chair
I have purchased chairs that were more expensive that do not meet the same quality and ease of assembly as this one! It took about 15 minutes to get it together, 20 if you include unpacking. It's a very comfortable chair, and the quality seems top notch. My only 'complaint' is the screws are large hex. While it does come with an allen wrench, it would have taken quite a bit longer if I didn't have a drill bit that fit. The foot rest is comfy, but does feel a little flimsy - we will see how it lasts as time passes. I am 6' tall and the height is perfect for me. The back rest is comfortable but stiff, which is good for my back.

Take your time assembling this chair. Great Chair
I received my new office chair a few days ago. I am a nerd and take my time on everything especially when an item requires assembly. I found the instructions for assembly brief but extremely clear. I laid out all the parts to be assembled first then made sure all parts where present Which the were and not damaged in shipment in any way. Next I began assembly which took even me a non mechanical person only less than thirty (30) minutes to have a completed beautiful chair. P.S. Make sure you tighten all the screws so they will not work loose. I even went so far as to squirt a product called Loc Tight to the screws to ensure they will not work themselves loose over time. One last note I read all the reviews and the first page was all people complaining about the chair. They complained about a number of issues to include misaligned hole, chair falling apart after consturction and hard cushion for sitting. I found all these complaints user / assembly error. If you take your time and tighten the screws properly and adjust the folding arms for the arm rest they line up perfectly. The one and only issue I have is the footrest is inadequate and needs to be removed. Serves no real purpose while at a computer while working. I highly recommend this chair. Seat is very comforty and not hard as complained about. May you keep selling this chair. Great product. I even likie the humming of the massager.
