Good chair overall

It's a great chair. It was a gift and the recipient has used it everyday since receiving it. Sometimes we have to select the power button several times before the vibration feature stays on, which makes me question longevity, but it's worked well so far. The only quality issue I have with this chair is that the foot rear is not sturdy at all. We don't use for fear of it not holding much weight.

The chair, overall, is good. The problem I've run into is poor quality of padding on the armrests. I've had this chair for a week and the indentations from resting my arms is permanent. I'm bummed out, the chair overall is very good.

My mistake for ordering! How do you return??

The chair was lightweight. The "massage" function was lightweight also. The instructions do not say how to remove the "screw" mentioned. It did say that if you install the last screws you may have a hard time removing. The arms of the chair without the 2 screws that is mentioned in the instructions is hard to use because they are not stable to hold the chair and not reel like you are falling backwards. Not happy.
