Good chair overall

It's a great chair. It was a gift and the recipient has used it everyday since receiving it. Sometimes we have to select the power button several times before the vibration feature stays on, which makes me question longevity, but it's worked well so far. The only quality issue I have with this chair is that the foot rear is not sturdy at all. We don't use for fear of it not holding much weight.

This is a good looking office chair. It is quite comfortable and easily adjustable. The foot stool is difficult to use; I have to kind of 'jiggle' it to get it out from under the chair. It slides back under easily. I haven't used the massage feature much, or the heat. I may have to get back to you these features.
