This chair is very comfortable and well made. The cushion is thick and supportive, and the lumbar support really helps when sitting for long hours. Even though it's designed for big and tall users, it feels sturdy and spacious without being bulky. I'm a 45-year-old woman and I was able to install this chair by myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the screws were well organized—there were even extra screws included, which I really appreciated. The adjustable headrest and armrests make it easy to customize to my height. Overall, great quality for the price and a solid office chair. Highly recommend.

This is hands down one of the best office chairs I've owned. The "Big and Tall" design isn't just a label, the chair feels extremely heavy-duty and well-built. What surprised me most was the texture; the leather is smooth and very comfortable against the skin. The aesthetics are a huge plus, too. The brown shade is sophisticated and fits my office decor perfectly. Between the thick cushion and the lumbar support, it's as functional as it is stylish. Five stars!
