This is a very nice, firm chair for a tall perso. It feels like a mid-tier drivers seat with the lumbar support set to firm. Unlike other desk chairs I've had it doesn't lower to a level where a child could sit in it with their feet flat on the floor. Assembly took about an hour after I scanned and printed the direction larger. Fastening the arms is easiest with the chair on its side, not erect. The hardware is more substantial than I had expected - it may outlast me. I think it would make a nice Father's Day present.

I select this chair as Walmart recognized reviewer. The box was heavy and arrived slightly damaged, however, the chair was unscathed. The chair took approximately 60 minutes to assemble, which was longer than expected. Upon completion, we have a very comfortable and sturdy, swiveling, reclining and adjustable office chair. Looks great!! We recommend recommended, just budget significant time to assemble.
