This chair is very comfortable and well made. The cushion is thick and supportive, and the lumbar support really helps when sitting for long hours. Even though it's designed for big and tall users, it feels sturdy and spacious without being bulky. I'm a 45-year-old woman and I was able to install this chair by myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the screws were well organized—there were even extra screws included, which I really appreciated. The adjustable headrest and armrests make it easy to customize to my height. Overall, great quality for the price and a solid office chair. Highly recommend.

This office chair has great overall quality. The leather feels smooth and well-made, and there was no unpleasant smell when I first unpacked it, which I really appreciated. I had cervical myelopathy . It's hard to find a comfortable chair for me . But It is very comfortable to sit in and with good support for the back and waist and neck. The chair can fully recline and stretch out flat, making it perfect for relaxing or taking a short break. The design looks solid and premium, and it works well for both home office use and long hours at the computer. Overall, it's a comfortable and good-value chair.
