It has tilt for arms and hydraulics for the height. To take it to the next level, it has a footrest for additional relaxation. When you sit in the chair, it feels like a cloud, and someone is hugging you. I love the tilted arms that go up and down, and the material feels soft. Hydraulic for height adjustment. You can lean or sit up. Back support, which was very important to me as I sit at a desk all day. Easy to maneuver with sliding wheels. The swivel action is Awesome! 360 degrees, this chair has got it. The headrest is there for you to rest comfortably. Be sure to note that the parts were not identified by letters, so you will have to rely on the picture, which was no big deal. They also provided a direction booklet that has a QR code for assembly, but it was easy for me to just look at the images and assemble it by myself. Notes: Unpack everything and lay it all out side by side. First, the long metal pole piece goes inside the Ferris wheelbase. Then, the wheels snap onto that metal pole. After that, you insert the seat base and arms together with the screws. Then, you attach the side-padded leg rest to the seat cover. Once that's in place, you align the backrest bracket, lean slightly to line the holes, and secure them with screws. The chair includes extra parts, and it also comes with a super convenient small metal screwdriver for tightening.
