Love my new office chair.

It arrived on time in the timeframe they had said it would be delivered. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and the chair extremely easy to put together. The heat and massage work well without any issues. Would recommend to anyone needing to get a new chair.

Good chair overall

It's a great chair. It was a gift and the recipient has used it everyday since receiving it. Sometimes we have to select the power button several times before the vibration feature stays on, which makes me question longevity, but it's worked well so far. The only quality issue I have with this chair is that the foot rear is not sturdy at all. We don't use for fear of it not holding much weight.
