LOVE this set. I replaced my 15 year old non stick pots and pans with this. The instructions say DO NOT use non stick spray, and so I used 1/2 tsp olive oil for my first time cooking eggs. WAY too much oil!! I probably should have used 5 drops! This set is amazing, cleans well (hand wash only) the lids are great and the handles are perfect. They're okay in the oven to 400F (manufacturer says 500F but I don't bake anything that high except cast iron.). They're beautiful to look at, so much so, that I may extend the set I got and replace other large pots. The set I bought has perfect size pots/pans for family of 4.

I am very happy with this set
I love the pot and pan set. I have been using them for 2 weeks now. They cook evenly. I love the steamer, I used it for fresh green beans and it worked very well. I look forward to trying new dishes with these pots and pans. I have wanted Gotham Steel for a long time and they are as good as they say, I would recommend to my friends. I always wash my pots and pans by hand and never in the dishwasher as the chemicals are to harsh.
