I have been using Covergirl Outlast lipstick for 15 or more years!! The quality has stayed the same all these years. Great selection of colors. No lipliner needed. Goes on smooth. Only need 1 coat. Once you let it dry, it stays on for hours!! Great reds for dancers or figure skaters. It is the Best lipstick on the market.

I have used Cover Girl outlast lipstick for years, because when you put it on it stays there. I usually put my lipstick on around 8am and mostly it is still on late into the day. I used to sell a high end cosmetics and would only recommend Cover Girl. Walmart has a good price on this product, so I purchase it there.
