I recently received the new @covergirl Outlast UltiMatte Liquid Lipstick from their Nine to Wine collection in the shade Yay Rose and tested it out. I will say that even though I didnt wear this lipstick for a full 24 hours, it stayed on my lips the entire time I did wear it with only having applied it once. Its highly pigmented, so comfortable on your lips and is non-transferable, just the way I like my matte lipsticks! Thank you @influenster for sending it over.
