Excellent to add to your home gym you can do a variety of different exercises with it. I've had it for a few months. It was one of three machines that I purchased from the company. Quality Leg Extension Machine

This is a very nice, quality leg extension machine. It's sturdy and doesn't feel or look cheap. It took me about 3hrs to assemble by myself. I'm about 6'3" and felt comfortable utilizing the seated leg extension but not so much with the lying leg curl. However, I can just use the standing leg curl to work my hamstrings. Overall, I'm glad I purchased this particular machine.
