With the price point, I'll be honest, my expectations were very low. I'm a 6'4 225 pound male and it's plenty big enough for me while still maintaining a good range of motion. Loaded 4 45 plates on each side and it did it effortlessly. So the main points I will give credit for: Holds good weight, big people friendly, easy to install, quiet while using, glides smoothly, and lastly very easy to switch to other exercises on. Oh, and a good size base foot plate (size 16 shoe fits just fine)
