Item arrived in good packaging to prevent damage. Inspected everything before assembly and there was no damage and all hardware included including the wrench needed to assemble. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. Welds are really well done and steel was well pained to prevent corrosion. Only took about an hour to assemble and clear instructions. Mainly pictures but was easy to follow. I bought this just to add on to home gym for legs. No complaints about this but would recommend to include some type of workout guide or exercise example that can be done on this just to help the consumer who may be new to workouts.
