The chair came packaged well and on time. It took about 30 mins to put together by myself (not too hard so don't be overwhelmed by the amount of parts). The chair is very comfy, the extra head/neck cushion is cool, the adjustable leg rest is a plus and the back massager is an added bonus! I've had it for about a week and so far so good.
