Difficult to assemble.

The packaging bubble wrap had loose hardware that fell to the ground when unwrapped. The direction book was very confusing and hard to follow.

The bearing broke off the bike already. It's been making a terrible squeaking noise. It needs to be replaced. Who do I contact?
